Instructions for Replacement Request and Replacement Policy Details:
The vendor will replace leads within 5 days of your receipt of them for the following reasons- bad phone # (includes wrong #, disconnected, fax machine), underage (younger than 18), male lead, duplicate (say they have already been contacted by someone else about the SAME business or are indicated in your database as a duplicate).
**Also, leads received as replacements will be the same freshness and great quality as original leads, these come from the exact same system so the vendor will not issue replacement leads on replacements. So your lead will be replaced once and then the replacements are not replaceable. Please do not submit leads you have received as replacements to be replaced again as they will compare these in the system to batches sent and know they were in your replacement file.
